Demo

What happened to the demo

Checked 2026-10-18

Three different builds get called the demo. Only one of them is still a developer download I will point at.

I looked at the live Steam store page for 2680280 and there is no demo button. The 2026 Next Fest demo was announced on 23 February 2026 and did not stay up as a separate free app after launch. The file I can still name is the itch.io demo: 161223 PUBLIC DEMO V2.1.zip, listed around 725 MB.

Timeline

I am not claiming the 2026 demo was archived on itch.io. The only demo file I can point to there is the 2023 public demo on the developer account.

Questions I keep getting

Can I torrent a demo?

I do not link torrents. Use the developer itch.io page or buy the game.

Is the Next Fest demo still up?

Not as a Steam button on the launch page.
